About
Minh Anh Trinh is an instructional designer at the University of Southern California who helps faculty and academic communities use artificial intelligence in practical, ethical, and inclusive ways. Her work goes beyond individual courses to support shared standards and scalable practices for AI use in higher education. She was featured in OpenAI’s Global Faculty AI Project for her work supporting faculty adoption and AI literacy. Her AI 101 Guideline is featured in USC’s AI in Education Resource Hub and recognized by the Center for Excellence in Teaching for its classroom-ready approach. Minh also designs AI-powered chatbots that support course development, streamline administrative tasks, and increase student engagement. She leads workshops on AI literacy and active learning for both faculty and students, shares practice-based insights with instructional design communities on AI chatbot use, and has served on USC’s AI Committee, contributing to broader conversations about responsible AI in teaching and learning.
