About
Matthew Barrile, Ph.D., is Manager of Instructional Design and Development in the Sol Price School of Public Policy at the University of Southern California. Matthew is passionate about assisting faculty in developing high quality online courses for adult distance learners and exploring innovative e-learning technologies that enhance the digital learning experience. Prior to joining the Sol Price School of Public Policy, Matthew was Online Curricular Designer and Assistant Professor of Instruction of Spanish at Ohio University, where he designed the University’s first online Spanish language courses. His interests include the intersection of human critical thinking and AI, e-learning design and technologies, and 19th and 20th century Spanish and Portuguese literatures.
